I wanted to use my pikachu-sir journal skin that i found on this site, but unfortunately the font setting is like size 6. And I really want people to be able to read my good news.

Anywho, I got a job (finally!). At Macy's. Luckily, I'm a support associate so my job is fun (compared to being a sales associate which I hear is dreadful). I took on a lot of shifts so I hope they notice my enthusiasm and decide to keep me after the season's over.

Which brings me to the fact that I have free time to take on all these shifts. I just finished my first semester of College, and I have a month long break now. In fact, yesterday was my last day of finals.

I ended up being asked by an old friend if I wanted to hang out after. I rejected her, saying I already made plans (but really, I had none, I just didn't want to spend time with her and feel awkward 'cause there's nothing to talk about). But soon after another friend who I talk to slightly more often messaged me about lunch so I joined him.

We went to a nearby place called "Custom Melt". Great place, bit small, but everything they make is fresh and yummy, and they give free drinks and refills to students. Take note, if you ever wanna open up a little shop, make sure you do the custom grilled/melted sandwich type thing- it's absolutely delicious and popular.

Then we went and picked up his friend, as well as some photography equipment. We went to a nearby park during sunset and took some photos, first of me, then of them. It was a lot of fun, and the pictures turned out great. I saw one photo of myself which looked beyond amazing. "just some slight lighting adjustments in PS" he said. I still can't believe that it's me, I look so great (despite it being a bad hair day and wearing not cute clothes). I can't look at the photo without letting out some sort of "squee" type noise (from happiness and surprise).

I may model for him again, it was just so much fun.
